Christophe Eytier our French pastry chef has created an amazing range of delicious desserts.

Christophe qualified as a pastry chef in Bordeaux in 1970. Since then he has worked in a number of hotels and restaurants across France and in the UK. He joined the Blacker Hall bakery team in 2008 and has been instrumental in the development of our in-store bakery ever since.

Cheesecakes… all made with local cream cheese from Longley Farm, Holmfirth.

Christophe uses his famous vanilla seed cheesecake as a base for all varieties, and a sweet biscuit base with whole oats.
These are available in individual portions, packs of two round individuals or full round 6 inch. Christophe makes the following flavours; real vanilla; passionfruit; lemon and lime and raspberry ripple.
