  • At the Butchers counter, we trim our home-reared beef cuts to make them as lean as possible…although we do offer our customers the option to take some roasting fat home with them!
  • We have lots of prepared, oven-ready options using leaner meats such as chicken and turkey.
  • Look out for the ‘Clean and Lean’ section in our Butchers counter for lower fat, healthier options.
  • Our fresh fish counter is full of healthy, nutritious options – with fresh fish delivered daily and oven/grill ready options to choose from, make sure you get your weekly allowance of ‘brain food’!
  • At our Deli, we have a range of freshly prepared salads, to make it easy for you.
  • We have lots of healthy breakfast options to pick up, including granolas and breakfast bars.
  • Packs of nuts, dried fruit, prepared fruit salads and lots of other healthy snacking options.
  • At the Greengrocery we feature the best quality fruit and vegetables available to buy from the market that day, or from our local producers when their crops are in season.
