Our usual practice is to dry-age our beef for 21 days. If you’re after something that little bit special, why not call in and select your own Rib of Beef and we’ll mature it for as long as you like.

Having taken four Ribs of Beef, bespoke dry-aged to his requirements, he was also able to use them over multiple dining occasions, including a traditional roast, a barbecue, curry and sandwiches.

Another service offered by our Butchers is knife sharpening. It can be hard to keep them sharp at home but if you bring your knife to our Butcher’s counter we’ll be happy to sharpen it for you, to make slicing your Sunday roast easy!
