We’re proud winners of not one, not two, but three Gold Smithfield Awards!
Run by the Q Guild of Butchers, the awards recognise the best products across the country, showcasing craftsmanship, innovation and skill.
Celebrity chef and broadcaster, Matt Tebbut, crowned the winners back in January, but we are finally able to announce that we won Gold Awards in the following categories:
Speciality Sausages: Welsh Dragon
Cold Eating Pies: Stilton, Mature Cheddar and Broccoli Quiche
Ready meals: Leek Gratin
The awards were judged blind by an independent panel of international food and meat industry experts.
