It’s official: We have the Best Steak in the North of England!

Last month, the best of the best Butchers in the North got together for the annual Q Guild BBQ competition. Out of all the quality cuts of meat, our Grass-fed Sirloin Steak stole the show. 

We’re honoured and thrilled to win this award. A lot of hard work goes into the creation of our top-quality produce, from rearing our own cattle to preparing our steaks for sale. Steak

Sirloin Steak

Sirloin Steak is cut from the upper middle of the animal and is a relatively lean cut of meat. It’s cut from the same area as T-Bone and is a prime cut of beef suitable for grilling, BBQing and stir-frying.
