Christmas ordering FAQs

How do I order?

Orders can be placed up to 10pm on Wednesday 16th December. There is a minimum order value of £25. We recommend that you order early as availability of some items is limited. Everything is freshly made for you and collection slots fill up quickly.

Are the platters and boards in the images included? 

All photography is for illustrative purposes only. All props are our own and not included unless otherwise stated.

How do I enter the early order prize draw?

All orders placed by midnight on Tuesday 1st December will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win your order for free. We will notify the winner by email.

Do I qualify for a free gift with my order?

Spend over £100 on your Christmas order and receive a bottle of Le Dolci Colline Prosecco worth £11

Spend over £150 on your Christmas order and receive a bottle of Le Dolci Colline Prosecco worth £11 and a tin of Cartright and Butler chocolate and hazelnut truffles worth £12.95.

What if I need to change my order?

To amend your order please speak to a member of our customer service team 01924267202. Orders may be amended until Thursday 17th December. After this date we cannot guarantee the availability of additional or substituted order items.

I need to cancel my order, what should I do?

If you cancel an order up to and including the 9th December 2020, you will receive a full refund using the same method used to make the original payment. Orders cancelled between the 10th and 16th December 2020 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after the 17th December 2020.

What will happen if something I have ordered becomes unavailable?

In the event of any ordered items being unavailable we will aim to offer a substitute and will inform you as soon as possible.

I have an allergy, what do I need to know?

If you have any allergies please ask a member of out team who will be happy to help and advise you.

When will I pay for my order?

You'll be required to make full payment at the time of ordering. With everyones safety in mind payments can only be made by card, cash will not be accepted for Christmas orders.

How will collection work this year?

We've put lots of extra thought and care into planning Christmas collections this year. With everyone's safety in mind we are running a special Christmas Drive Thru collection. This will allow us to maintain safe social distancing at our busiest time of year as well as being quick and convenient for you. Our friendly team will load your order straight into the boot of your car, leaving you free to drive off and start your festivities.

We'll have your order ready for you to collect on your chosen date and time. Orders will be packed in time-slot order. This is our busiest time of year so we kindly ask you to adhere to your collection slot to minimise waiting times. If you're going to be late or need to collect at a different time please let us know as soon as possible. You will only be able to join the Drive Thru
