- 500g of Christmas cake crumbs
- 250g of melted white chocolate
- 1 tin of condensed milk
- 50ml of rum.
Mix 500g of Christmas cake crumbs with 250g of melted white chocolate, a tin of condensed milk and 50ml of rum. Then divide the mixture, roll it into truffle size balls and refrigerate.
