Our Fit for the Week box has been designed to help you create simple, balanced and healthy meals, without sacrificing flavour and satisfaction using top quality produce from Blacker Hall farm.

We’ve done the meal planning so you don’t have to! Each box contains 5 meals and is available in 2 options: for 2 people or for 1 person (please note: box for 2 people contains 2 portions of each item). 

To keep things interesting we will be changing the box contents on a weekly basis please see below for what you've got to look forwards too:

Week 1 - Collect between: Monday 19th and Sunday 25th April 

  • Lemon Chilli Chicken Fillet
  • Chicken Stir-Fry with a Chinese style Marinade
  • Salmon Fillets in a Mediterranean Marinade
  • Nduja Chicken Fillets 
  • Peppered Beef Sandwich steaks

    Week 2 - Collect between: Monday 29th and Sunday 4th April

    The nutritional value of your food is very important and we all need the right amount of fats, proteins, carbohydrates (macronutrients) and vitamins and minerals (micronutrients) to be happy and healthy. The most important thing when planning a meal is portion size, how many calories are you eating? Have you got the right amount of each food group on your plate? Protein can help control hunger better than fats and carbohydrates and is extremely important to our immune system and overall health.

    The Fit for the Week box will provide you with healthy ingredients and meal plans helping you stay on track with calorie and macronutrient breakdown.
