We provide great tasting Yorkshire meat, from our own farm and other great local farms. Freshly prepared traditional roasts, steak cuts, dry-cured bacon and gammon, artisan sausages and a host of quick and slow-cook ready-to-cook dishes are prepared here by us, by our expert Butchers. We’ll give you step-by-step cooking instructions to help you in the kitchen. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, our friendly Butchers are happy to prepare cuts to your exact requirements.

We’re proud to be named as one of the UK’s Best Butchers Shops, winning a host of Great Taste Awards for our delicious cuts of meat, including beef sirloin, pork loin, dry-cured bacon and rack of lamb.

Our Butchers use traditional techniques to dry-age and dry-cure our meat products here at Blacker Hall Farm, to give our customers great tasting meat all year round.
