On the Spot with… Josh

This week we’re on the Spot with our Chef de Partie, Josh. Josh has worked at Blacker Hall Farm for over 2 years and prior to lockdown, worked in our Barn Café. He is now working in our Fresh Produce Kitchen, helping to prepare our fresh ready meals, side dishes and bakery goods including our bestselling flapjack, sticky toffee pudding and our delicious Afternoon Tea box contents.
