Our butchers will expertly score the rind for the best crackling. Before cooking simply pour over boiling water once or twice, then rub sea salt onto the skin and place in a hot oven. Perfect real gravy recipe here.
Roasting… Preheat your oven to 220’C, and roast for 20 minutes, then reduce to 180’C / 355’C / Gas 4 for 25-30 minutes per 450g. Once your pork is cooked, allow 30 minutes resting time prior to carving.
