Succulent turkey crown breast roast. A perfect hassle-free turkey roast, with no bones, no waste and easy to carve! Cooking instructions – preheat your oven to 200’C / 390’F / Gas 6 and give the roast 20 minutes at this heat; then reduce to 170’C / 340’F / Gas 3. Allow 25 minutes per 450g and baste with the juices throughout cooking. To check for readiness insert a skewer into the fattest point and squeeze out the juices. The juices should run clear when fully cooked. Remember to roast on a bed of vegetables for the perfect gravy.
