Our Uniced Christmas Cake is a true farmhouse classic – slow-baked in our farm shop bakery using a traditional recipe packed with juicy vine fruits, plump cherries, warming spices, and a generous splash of cherry brandy.

Moist, deeply flavoured, and beautifully matured, it’s a cake that stands proudly on its own – but for a proper Yorkshire twist, try it with a thick slice of crumbly, tangy Cheddar. The savoury sharpness of the cheese cuts through the richness of the cake, creating a pairing that’s full of character and utterly moreish.
