- A 250g Brie or Camembert
- A few sprigs of rosemary
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- Pinch of sea salt
Preheat your oven to 180 C.
Place the Brie or Camembert in a suitably sized dish and make 8 or so 1cm cuts in the top.
Thinly slice the garlic and push into the cuts along with the rosemary sprigs. Then drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the sea salt.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until soft and gooey in the middle.
