We use Beef Steak Mince (4% fat) from our home-reared cattle, encased in fresh pastry and enriched with mushroom sauce. We love to serve them with this simple Leek Gratin recipe that’s ready to serve in just 30 minutes.
- 2 Beef Truffles
- 2 tbs Longley Farm Double Cream
- 2 Leeks
- 1 tbs Butter
- 1 heaped tsp Dijon Mustard
- 90g Grana Padano cheese
