- Leftover turkey, ham and vegetables

Make a stock first of all and add to any leftover gravy –a simple chicken stock cube is fine.
Add some potatoes and herbs to the stock - the potatoes will add starch to thicken the liquid.
When the potatoes are soft add your leftover turkey, ham and vegetables and keep simmering until everything is thoroughly re-heated.
Then serve it as a chunky broth, or blend it down to a smoother soup, and enjoy it with freshly baked crusty or flavoured bread.
