- 500g of leftover Christmas pudding
- 125g of Yorkshire honey
- 125g of melted chocolate.
- Orange zest or brandy sauce
Crumble 500g of leftover Christmas pudding and mix with 125g of Yorkshire honey and 125g of melted chocolate. If you have any spare nuts, pop these in too!
Press this mixture into a lined tin and leave to chill in the fridge overnight. Then cut into delicious treat-size squares!
Add orange zest or any remaining brandy sauce for an extra tasty twist.
Mix any leftover brandy sauce with some melted white chocolate and drizzle it over your tiffin for a simple ganache topping.
