Grand Marnier Cranberry Sauce

This is so simple to make and sounds really exotic!


  • 1 bag of fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 carton of fresh orange juice
  • 2 shots Grand Marnier
  • 4 tablespoons caster sugar


Simply bring the orange juice and the caster sugar to the boil with the fresh or frozen cranberries.


Stew down until soft, then add the Grand Marnier and take off the heat.


The Grand Marnier will soak into the mixture, and simply allow this to cool until you are ready to serve.
