This deliciously warm cocktail spiked with bourbon and ginger liqueur has been created by Kirsty, one of our Wine Loft gurus. It’s ideal to complement impressive canapés and sharing platters this festive season.
- 250ml Pure North cider
- 100ml Four Roses Bourbon
- 80ml Lyme Bay ginger liqueur
- Lemon juice and cracked black pepper to taste
Bring the cider and bourbon to simmer, stir in the ginger liqueur.
Add the lemon juice and sprinkle in the pepper.
