- 500g peeled Parsnips
- 1/4 block Longley Farm butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil
- 3 tablespoons Stickey's Yorkshire runny Honey
- Fresh Thyme leaves (optional)
- Sea salt
Using a large frying pan, simply melt the butter in the pan and add the oil, and then the parsnips. Pour over 2-3 tablespoons of our honey, sprinkle a few thyme leaves and season. Stir for 5-10 minutes on a medium heat until cooked through (tender in the middle).
