- 1 large Red Onion
- 1 Courgette
- 3 Carrots
- 2 Fennel Bulbs
- 2 small hard Apples
- 1 tbs Tracklements Caramelised Red Onion Relish
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil (or your favourite cooking oil)
- 1L stock
- Fresh Rosemary and Thyme
