Christmas at Blacker Hall is a feast for the senses and we are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to administer our Christmas order process.
This is a temporary role and the successful candidate will be a key member of the team responsible for delivering ‘The Blacker Hall Christmas’. Responsibilities will include processing customer orders, dealing with customers, producing reports and being an integral part of our Christmas order collection team.
Christmas 2018 was incredibly busy and this year we aim to build on that success so it’s vital we recruit the right person. We need someone who can ‘hit the ground running’ – our ideal candidate will have;
- Exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise the workload ensuring we meet our deadlines
- Data input experience with an eye for detail and the ability to input data accurately
- Proficiency in Excel/Microsoft office preferred
- Experience gained in a customer service role would be useful
Equally important are excellent communication skills, the ability to quickly develop effective working relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
This temporary position is full time working up to 24 December. It is essential that you are available to work 5 days per week including at least 1 weekend day for the whole of this period and each of our Christmas order collection days: 22nd, 23rd and 24th December.
