Locally reared beef, dry-aged on the bone for 21 days and wrapped in puff pastry with a fine buttery mushroom, garlic, onion and parsley duxelle.

Preheat oven to 180*c. Place on greaseproof paper and roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until pastry is golden.
