Great Taste award-winning pork loin home-reared on our own farm, great to roast.

Cooking: Pour boiling water over the skin, then pat dry with kitchen towelling. Sprinkle over a little salt to help with the crackling. In the oven- hot sear for 20mins then turn down to 180*C / 355*C / Gas 4. Cook for 20-25mins per 450g. Check juices for readiness, these will run clear when fully cooked. Allow at least 30mins resting time before carving.
