Made in our butchery using home-reared pork. Peppery in flavour using a traditional Cumberland recipe. No gluten used.

Cook in the oven, grill or pan-fry for 15-20 mins until nicely browned on all sides.

Keep refrigerated. Freeze on day of purchase.

Suitable for home freezing for up to 3 months.
