A traditional Italian-style roast made with our home-reared pork.

Our Porchetta Belly Pork Roulade is a show stopping joint made using succulent, home-reared belly pork, hand-rolled with a fragrant stuffing of pork, apple, leek, apricot, sultanas, and fennel seeds. Bursting with sweet and savoury flavours, this slow-roast joint is perfect for Sunday lunch or special occasions.

 

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 220°C and roast for 15 minutes to begin rendering the fat and crisping the skin. Reduce temperature to 180°C and cook for a further 10 minutes. Then lower to 150°C and roast for 90 minutes. Allow the joint to rest before carving for best results.

Adjust timings for larger joints (1–2kg).
