Our Boneless Rib of Beef is a beautifully marbled, flavour-packed roasting joint — perfect for those who love the richness of ribeye without the bone. Reared on our family farm with traditional methods and a focus on quality, it delivers tender, succulent meat every time.

Ideal for Sunday roasts, festive feasts, or any special meal.

Available Sizes:

  • 2kg – Serves 4–6

  • 3kg – Serves 6–8

  • 4kg – Serves 8+

 

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven and hot sear the joint for 20 minutes.

  2. Reduce temperature to 180°C / 355°F / Gas Mark 4.

  3. Roast for 15–30 minutes per 450g, depending on your preferred doneness:

    • Red juices = Rare

    • Pink juices = Medium

    • Clear juices = Well Done

  4. Cover and rest in a warm place for 20 minutes before carving to lock in the juices.
