Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your oven and hot sear the joint for 20 minutes.

Reduce temperature to 180°C / 355°F / Gas Mark 4.

Roast for 15–30 minutes per 450g, depending on your preferred doneness:

Red juices = Rare

Pink juices = Medium

Clear juices = Well Done
