A short pastry case filled with caramelised onions and topped with creamy goats’ cheese.  Perfect for lunch with a simple salad.

*Supplied Frozen* Cook from frozen - Heat oven to 180ºC/350°F/Gas Mark 4 and bake for about 25-30 mins.

Ingredients: Onions 40%, goats cheese 15% (pasteurised goats milk, salt, starter, lactic ferments, rennet, ripening ferments), sugar, white wine vinegar (antioxidant: Sulphur dioxide), vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar (concentrated grape must, wine vinegar, antioxidant: potassium metabisulphite sulphites), thyme, parsley, salt, black pepper. Pastry - wheat flour, palm oil, margarine (vegetable oil and fat [palm, rapeseed] water, emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural flavouring), sugar, salt, raising agents: ammonium and sodium carbonates, flour treatment agent (wheat): L-cysteine.
