Jane's Dessert Heaven!
Jane is a big lover of all things Christmas, but her favourite festive traditional is a scrumptious spread of desserts on Christmas Eve. Whether its classic Christmas Pud with brandy sauce, a selection of scrumptious cheesecakes or moreish mince pies, you can guarantee there will be a table full of sweet treats to tuck into at Jane’s house!
Every year Jane get’s her Christmas Pudding from Blacker Hall, but makes her very own delicious Brandy Sauce with a secret ingredient (see if she will let you into the secret next time your in The Farm Shop!).

When ingredients are in season, they need less doing to them. Flavours are fuller. Cooking becomes more straightforward. A good cut of meat, fresh vegetables harvested at the right time and ingredients that have not travelled unnecessarily far bring enough to the plate.
