Boneless Leg of Pork – Home-Reared on Our Family Farm
Tender, flavourful, and perfect for roasting, our Boneless Leg of Pork is reared right here on our own farm, ensuring high welfare standards and unbeatable taste. Ideal for Sunday roasts or special gatherings, with beautifully crisp crackling and succulent meat in every joint.

Available Sizes:
1.5kg – Serves 2 – 4
2.5kg – Serves 6 – 8
3.5kg – Serves 8 – 10

Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 220°C. Pour boiling water over the skin, pat dry, and sprinkle with sea salt to help create perfect crackling.
Roast at 220°C for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 170°C / 325°F / Gas Mark 3 and cook for 25–30 minutes per 450g.
The pork is ready when the juices run clear from the centre. Rest for up to 20 minutes before carving for the juiciest results.
