Pumpkin picking & painting

Blacker Hall Farm's pumpkin patch if back for Halloween! Join us this year and enjoy our small pumpkin patch - choose your perfect shape, colour and size. Take your pumpkin to our painting station and create your own masterpiece. 

Visitors are also encouraged to wear fancy dress – and spot prizes will be offered by our team to those who have made a special effort.

1 ticket = 1 person (under 1’s go free)

Entry does not include a pumpkin. These are priced £1.50 – £12 depending on size. 

Ticket price includes entry into our Little Farmers Trail where you can meet and pet our lovely farm animals. 

Along with the main attraction of the pumpkin patch we have so much more for you to see, do and enjoy…

• Many photo opportunities
• A pumpkin painting station with lots of materials to get creative with. 
• Halloween themed maize maze (extra charges apply)

A few bits of important information:

• Dogs (and cats!) are permitted at Pumpkin Fest, however we do ask that they are kept on leads at all times.
• Paints used for pumpkin painting are child safe acrylic based paint so they 'stick to the pumpkin'. This means they are safe for children skins but may not wash off clothes easily (they main stain). 
• Please ware old clothing that can get muddy or paint on. 

• Due to uneven ground, the pumpkin patch may be unsuitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs, however the majority of Pumpkin Fest has full flat access.
• Wellies are recommended.
• Our Pumkpin Patch is open from 10am until 4pm daily
