This summer, join us in our Courtyard at Blacker Hall Farm for a series of relaxed outdoor evenings built around exceptional food, live music and the best produce of the season. Running every other Saturday throughout July and August, Summer Nights brings together everything we care about most, carefully sourced ingredients, expert cooking and a setting designed to be enjoyed with your family and friends. From 6pm until late, our Chefs and Butchery team will take over the grills, cooking live over fire and serving a menu shaped entirely by what’s at its best that week.
Expect slow roasted brisket carved straight from the barbecue. Giant shawarma-style chicken thigh skewers. Tomahawk steaks cooked over flame. Whole grilled fish, king prawns and seasonal sides designed for sharing across the table.
