SUMMER NIGHTS AT BLACKER HALL FARM

Some evenings are worth slowing down for. 

This summer, join us in our Courtyard at Blacker Hall Farm for a series of relaxed outdoor evenings built around exceptional food, live music and the best produce of the season. Running every other Saturday throughout July and August, Summer Nights brings together everything we care about most, carefully sourced ingredients, expert cooking and a setting designed to be enjoyed with your family and friends. From 6pm until late, our Chefs and Butchery team will take over the grills, cooking live over fire and serving a menu shaped entirely by what’s at its best that week.

COOKED LIVE, SERVED PROPERLY

At the centre of each evening is the food. Our Chefs and Butchers will be cooking throughout the evening in the Courtyard itself, creating an atmosphere that feels relaxed but unmistakably special. Meat will be carved fresh from the barbecue in front of guests, with dishes arriving throughout the evening as they’re ready.

The menu will evolve through the summer depending on what’s in season and what our team feels is at its best and chosen that morning for you. 

The idea is simple: exceptional ingredients, skill fully cooked and served generously without formality.

There’s no need to choose between courses or limit yourself to one dish. The evening is designed to be enjoyed slowly, with plenty to experience across the menu.

And to finish, a selection of mini dessert platters will be served to your table.

MUSIC, ATMOSPHERE & SUMMER EVENINGS

Each Summer Night will also feature live music from a different local musician, chosen to complement the atmosphere of the evening.

Nothing overpowering. Just good music, great food and space to enjoy the evening as it unfolds.

The Courtyard at Blacker Hall Farm provides the setting for the experience, with outdoor seating twinkling lights and the feel of Summer. And whilst the evenings are designed to be enjoyed outside, if the Yorkshire weather has other ideas, we’ll move into the Barn Kitchen and continue the evening there.

Alongside the food, a fully stocked bar will be available throughout the night.
