Boneless Loin of Pork – Home-Reared on Our Family Farm
Perfect for roasting, our Boneless Loin of Pork is cut from pigs reared right here on our own farm – ensuring full traceability, high welfare, and exceptional flavour. Lean, tender, and ideal for achieving deliciously crispy crackling, it’s a firm favourite for Sunday lunches and special occasions alike.
Available Sizes:
• 900g – Serves 2–4
• 1.5kg – Serves 4–6
• 2kg – Serves 6–8
• 2.5kg – Serves 8–10
Cooking Instructions:
Pour boiling water over the skin and pat dry with kitchen paper. Lightly sprinkle with sea salt to help crisp the crackling.
Start with a hot sear in the oven at 220°C for 20 minutes, then reduce to 180°C / 355°F / Gas 4 and cook for 20–25 minutes per 450g.
Check the juices from the thickest part run clear to ensure it's fully cooked. Rest for at least 30 minutes before carving for best results.
