Dry Cured Gammon
Made from Home-Reared Pork, Dry-Cured by Our Butchers
Our dry cured gammon is crafted using pork from our own farm and carefully cured by hand for deep, authentic flavour. Unlike wet-cured varieties, there’s no need to soak this gammon before cooking — it’s ready to roast straight away.
Serving Guide:
- 
1kg – Serves 3 to 4 
- 
1.5kg – Serves 4 to 6 
- 
2.5kg – Serves 6 to 8 
- 
3.5kg – Serves 8 to 10 
- 
4.5kg – Serves 10 to 12 
Cooking Instructions:
Steam roast in a pre-heated oven at 200°C (390°F/Gas Mark 6) for 25 minutes per 450g. For best results, cook in a covered tin with approximately 3cm of water at the bottom to keep it moist and tender.
