This exceptional Fillet of Beef Tournedos is cut from prime Yorkshire beef, reared on our own farm and other trusted local farms. Dry aged on the bone for a minimum of 21 days, it delivers unbeatable tenderness and a rich, refined flavour.
A luxurious cut, perfect for a special meal or elegant roast.
Cooking Instructions:
- 
Preheat oven to 220°C and sear for 10 minutes. 
- 
Reduce oven to 180°C / 355°F / Gas Mark 4. 
- 
Roast for 10–15 minutes per 450g, depending on your preferred doneness: - 
Red juices = Rare 
- 
Pink juices = Medium 
- 
Clear juices = Well Done 
 
- 
- 
Baste with cooking juices and check doneness by inserting a skewer into the thickest part. 
- 
Cover and rest for 15 minutes before serving to allow the juices to settle.
