Mini Lamb Rack with Mint & Rosemary
Locally Reared Yorkshire Lamb – Infused with Natural Herbs

A beautifully prepared mini rack of locally reared Yorkshire lamb, delicately infused with mint and rosemary for a fresh, aromatic flavour. This tender cut is ideal for a special dinner for two – easy to cook, full of taste, and naturally raised right here in Yorkshire.
Perfectly seasoned and ready for the oven, this rack delivers a classic combination of flavours that complements the rich, succulent lamb without overpowering it.
Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 220°C. 
- 
Sear hot for 10 minutes. 
- 
Reduce heat to 170°C (340°F/Gas Mark 4) and roast for a further 10–20 minutes, depending on size and preferred doneness. 
- 
Juices should run clear when well done. 
- 
Rest covered in a warm place for 10 minutes before serving.
