Our Rolled Sirloin of Beef is a true showstopper — dry aged for flavour, expertly butchered for easy carving, and reared with care on our own family farm and other trusted local farms. This award-winning sirloin is tender, full of rich beef flavour, and perfect for a standout roast.

Ideal for everything from intimate dinners to celebratory feasts.

Available Sizes:

  • 1kg – Serves 2–4

  • 1.5kg – Serves 4–6

  • 2kg – Serves 6–8

  • 2.5kg – Serves 8–10

  • 3kg – Serves 10–14

 

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C and sear for 15 minutes to develop a rich crust.

  2. Reduce oven to 180°C / 355°F / Gas Mark 4.

  3. Roast for 15–30 minutes per 450g, depending on how you like it cooked.

  4. Baste with cooking juices regularly for maximum flavour.

  5. To check doneness, insert a skewer into the thickest part and press:

    • Red juices = Rare

    • Pink juices = Medium

    • Clear juices = Well Done

  6. Remove from oven, cover loosely, and rest for 15 minutes before carving.
