Supreme Boneless Leg of Lamb – Locally Reared in Yorkshire
Tender, flavourful, and easy to carve – our Supreme Boneless Leg of Lamb is a perfect centrepiece for any roast dinner. Reared locally by George Wood in Penistone, Yorkshire, this joint is available with or without a light mint and rosemary marinade, offering you a choice of classic or subtly herbed flavour.
Whether you're cooking for a family gathering or a special meal for two, this boneless joint makes roasting simple and satisfying.
Available Sizes:
• 700g – Serves 2–3
• 1.5kg – Serves 4–6
Cooking Instructions:
Sear in a hot oven at 220°C for 15 minutes, then reduce to 200°C / 390°F / Gas 6 and cook for 20–25 minutes per 450g.
Spoon over the cooking juices during roasting to keep the meat moist.
To check doneness, pierce the thickest part with a skewer and press:
• Red juices = Rare
• Pink juices = Medium
• Clear juices = Well done
Cover loosely with foil and rest for 20 minutes before carving.
