Our Topside of Beef is a lean, tender roasting joint, traditionally reared on our family farm with care and commitment to quality. Expertly prepared and full of natural flavour, it’s perfect for a classic Sunday roast or special family meal.
Available in a range of sizes to suit your table:
- 
900g – Serves 2–4 
- 
1.5kg – Serves 4–5 
- 
2kg – Serves 6–8 
- 
2.5kg – Serves 8–10 
- 
3kg – Serves 10–12 
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat your oven to hot and sear the joint for 20 minutes to seal in flavour.
Reduce oven to 180°C / 355°F / Gas Mark 4.
Roast for 20–25 minutes per 450g, depending on your preferred doneness:

Pink juices = Medium 
- 
Clear juices = Well Done 
 
- 
Once cooked, cover loosely and rest for 20 minutes before carving to keep the meat tender and juicy.
