Dry Aged Rib of Beef on the Bone

Our Dry Aged Rib of Beef on the Bone is the ultimate centrepiece for any special meal. Reared on our family farm using traditional, sustainable methods, this prime cut is dry aged for depth of flavour and exceptional tenderness. Beautifully marbled and left on the bone for rich, full-bodied taste, it’s perfect for Sunday roasts, celebrations, or indulgent feasting.

Available in a range of sizes to suit your gathering:

  • 1.2kg – Serves 2–3

  • 2.4kg – Serves 3–4

  • 3.6kg – Serves 6–8

  • 4.8kg – Serves 8–10

 

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your oven and hot sear the joint for 20 minutes to develop a rich, golden crust.

Reduce oven to 180°C / 355°F / Gas Mark 4.

Cook for 15–30 minutes per 450g, depending on how you like your beef:

    • Red juices = Rare

    • Pink juices = Medium

    • Clear juices = Well Done       

Remove from the oven, cover loosely, and rest for 20 minutes in a warm place before carving to allow the juices to settle.
