Our award-winning boneless and succulent white turkey joints, locally barn-reared for us by David Heap. Easy to carve and no waste!
Cooking: Preheat your oven to 200*C/390*F/Gas 6. Place in a roasting tin, and cover with foil and cook for 20 mins, reduce to 170*C / 340*F / Gas 4 for 25mins per 450g. Remove the foil for the last 20mins. Juices from the centre will run clear when fully cooked through.
