A festive twist on a classic favourite. These locally produced chicken fillets are generously filled with tangy cranberry and creamy brie, then wrapped in our dry-cured streaky bacon for a rich, savoury finish.

Perfect for an easy yet indulgent dinner for two.

Cooking Instructions:
Remove from tray and place in an ovenproof dish. Roast at 180°C for 30 minutes, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
