Renowned for their quality, Soanes chickens are slow-grown for fuller flavour and succulent texture – a firm favourite with chefs and home cooks alike.

Cooking Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 200°C. Roast for 20 minutes, then reduce to 180°C (355°F / Gas Mark 4) and cook for 20–25 minutes per 450g.
To check for doneness, pierce the thickest part of the thigh and near the breastbone – the juices should run clear when fully cooked.
