Crafted for a perfect balance of textures and seasonal flavour, it’s the ideal roast for celebrating with friends and family.

Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200°C and roast for 20 minutes. Then cover with foil, reduce oven to 170°C, and continue cooking until done. To check readiness, insert a skewer into the thickest part of the roast – the juices should run clear.
