Pork tenderloin fillet, filled with a festive orange, cranberry and apricot sausagemeat, wrapped in streaky bacon. Made using pork from our own farm.

Cooking: Remove from tray, place in oven proof dish and roast at 180* for 30 mins or until cooked through.
