A delicious seasonal centrepiece, perfect for a special supper or easy entertaining. Each tender pork fillet is filled with a rich, festive blend of orange, cranberry, and apricot sausage meat, then wrapped in our dry-cured streaky bacon for extra flavour and succulence.

Made with pork reared on our own farm, this dish is full of quality you can taste.

Cooking Instructions:
Remove from tray and place in an ovenproof dish. Roast at 180°C for 30 minutes, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.

A warming winter favourite with all the flavours of the season.
