Locally reared for us by John Wright & his family at Hull, East Yorkshire.

Remove giblets from inside the turkey. Cover with foil & place on a bed of veg. Pre-heat your oven to 200*C for 30 mins then reduce to 160*C / 325*F / Gas 3 for 30 mins per 500g. Check the readiness at the thickest parts of the leg and breast bone 90 mins prior to the full cooking time.
