Made with Home-Reared Pork
Serves 2 - 3, 600g
This mini gammon joint is crafted from pork reared right here on our farm. Ideal for a smaller gathering or cosy meal, it’s full of rich, traditional flavour.
Cooking Instructions:
Rub oil into the rind. Roast at 200°C for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 170°C and roast for a further 30 minutes, aiming for an internal temperature of 65°C. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
