A South American delicacy, our Picanha Roast is taken from the prized rump cap and is renowned for its outstanding tenderness and rich, beefy flavour. Reared with care on our family farm and traditionally matured for depth of taste, it’s a favourite at the butcher’s counter — and fast becoming a go-to roast for those in the know.
Delicious cooked simply and served pink, it’s a standout choice for weekend roasts or special meals.
Cooking Instructions:

Lightly season and oil the meat.

Roast at 200°C for 20 minutes, then reduce oven to 180°C.

Continue roasting for 20–25 minutes per 450g, or until cooked to your liking.

Rest for 20 minutes before slicing to allow the juices to settle.
Serve in thick slices across the grain for maximum tenderness.
