Our Ploughman’s Terrine is a hearty, handcrafted slice of tradition, made using the finest ingredients from our farm and trusted local producers.

At the heart of this terrine is our caramelised onion sausagemeat, made with pork reared on our own family farm. It's layered with crumbly Wensleydale cheese, smoked streaky bacon, Yorkshire boiled ham, and finished with mini balsamic onions and a touch of celery salt for a perfectly balanced flavour.

Delicious served with crusty bread, chutney, and a crisp salad, this terrine makes a perfect light lunch or sharing starter.
